Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations while reporting to the General Manager
- Excel in guest relations – table touches and regulars and create a memorable experience for all guests
- Train, develop and mentor the team
Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 2-3 years management experience in fine dining, or farm-to-table
- Sales volume of $3 million or more annually
- Strong leadership qualities and love to train others
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment
