District Manager
Join one of the fastest-growing quick lube companies in the nation as a District Manager, overseeing 8-12 quick oil change shops. You will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and foster a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for our team and customers.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and onboard employees while overseeing training programs.
- Commitment to cultivating outstanding shop managers and establishing a strong talent pipeline through our Manager in Training and Certified Training Shop Manager programs.
- Cultivate a positive culture, prioritize recognition, accountability, and support.
- Align labor management strategies with the business's overarching needs that foster a harmonious and productive environment for all.
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience working in a multi-unit leadership role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze data and business trends
- Experience in managing a budget and achieving financial targets at the unit level.
