We’re seeking a dedicated leader to oversee clinical services for students within a private school.

Clinical Director Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall clinical leadership through behavior analytic services while mentoring your team in best practices.
  • Add value to a culture of continuous improvement, development, and innovation.
  • Supervise and support clinical staff while adding value to their professional growth and providing feedback through performance evaluations.
  • Train and support educators on updated principles.
  • Observe and assess student needs to make recommendations to classroom strategies.
  • Utilize data to evaluate student progress and determine plan modifications necessary.
  • Provide crisis support and interventions as necessary as well as refine protocols.

Clinical Director Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in education; PHD preferred
  • BCBA or ABA experience
  • 5+ years of clinical experience with children in a school setting
  • Experience overseeing clinical teams
