Our client is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to grow sales and increase company profitability by strengthening relationships with existing customers and attracting new clients. This role involves promoting products, providing technical support, and conducting training sessions within an assigned territory.

Outside Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and industry partners to drive sales opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize key customers, promote products, and manage sales activities effectively.
- Conduct training sessions and provide technical support to new and returning customers.
- Create compelling proposals and pricing models that align with company expectations.
- Manage time and schedules efficiently to best serve customers.
- Drive account planning efforts to meet revenue, product mix, and profitability goals.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and articulate competitive advantages.
- Stay informed about industry trends and apply insights to improve decision-making.
- Provide market insights and updates in sales meetings and to leadership.
- Utilize and maintain proficiency in relevant computer systems and applications.
- Ensure high-quality standards by following procedures and proactively addressing issues.
Outside Sales Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to contribute to team success.
- Deep experience in the Plumbing, Heating, HVAC, or Building Materials industry.
