We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bed and Breakfast Manager to oversee the daily operations of our charming B&B in the historic and picturesque city of Wilmington, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities include managing guest reservations, coordinating housekeeping, overseeing breakfast service, handling guest inquiries, and overseeing staff. The Bed and Breakfast Manager will also assist with marketing efforts to promote the B&B to potential visitors. A love for customer service, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry are essential.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or B&B management is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and ensure quality service
- Knowledge of Wilmington’s local attractions is a plus
