Front-of-House Manager in Training – Lead with Passion & Hospitality!

We’re looking for talented, hospitality-driven leaders to join our expanding, scratch-kitchen, full-service casual dining brand. With eight locations and more on the way, we need Front of House Managers in Training who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and are eager to deliver top-tier guest experiences.

Your Role as a Front of House Manager in Training:

Drive Excellence: Ensure the front-of-house operations meet and exceed our high standards.

Lead Your Team: Set priorities, provide clear direction, and inspire staff to achieve outstanding results.

Coach & Develop: Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Uphold Guest Experience: Deliver warm hospitality while overseeing service execution.

Maintain Standards: Ensure food handling and safety compliance while upholding a polished dining experience.

What You Bring to the Table:

1-3 Years of Recent Management Experience – Preferably in upscale, full-service, or sophisticated casual dining.

Strong Food & Beverage Knowledge – Wine and spirits expertise is essential.

Leadership & Team Development Skills – Hands-on, proactive, and passionate about mentoring staff.

Ability to Multitask & Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment – You excel under pressure and lead with confidence.

Collaborative Leadership Style – You believe in teamwork and creating a positive work culture.
