What You’ll Be Doing:

Precision Work: Craft detailed, high-quality metal parts from complex blueprints.
CNC Programming: Read, adjust, and improve CNC programs to get the job done right.
Machine Operation: Set up and run CNC lathes, mills, and other tools with tight tolerances.
Problem Solving: Use your machining know-how to find smarter, faster ways to work.
Ownership: Take the lead on your projects—this is a role for self-starters.

What We’re Looking For:

2–4 years’ experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC mills and/or lathes
Strong skills with AutoCAD, blueprints, and CNC programming
Someone who can work independently and jump in where needed
