We are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager (Southeast US) to join a growing team and help expand market share in partnership with a national retailer. This role, reports to the VP of Sales and focuses on developing new business opportunities, driving growth, and building strong relationships within the region. Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

·       Achieve and exceed sales targets

·       Expand company and client market share growth

·       Analyze sales data & create/execute action plans

·       Develop strong relationships with the client at all levels

·       Conduct product demos & “Train the Trainer” programs

·       Support new product launches, store resets/remodels

·       Plan & execute customer visits, events, and meetings

Regional Sales Manager Requirements:

·       5+ years of big-box retail sales experience

·       Post-secondary education is a plus but not required

·       Background in retail, manufacturing, or account management (home improvement vertical)

·       Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills

·       Self-starter with excellent organizational skills

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

·       Overnight travel up to 70%
