We are seeking an experienced Machining Manager to oversee daily machining operations, ensure production efficiency, and lead a team in a fast-paced steel manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for optimizing machining processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Machining Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in machining or steel manufacturing, with at least 2 years in management
  • Hands-on experience with CNC machining, manual lathes, and mills
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
