Sales Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales or sales management
- Experience in the automotive, HVAC, or refrigeration industries (preferred)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify new opportunities through market research and customer insights
- Manage and support the sales team, offering guidance and training to ensure success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product offerings
