Our client in Irvine seeks a Korean language fluent asset manager to oversee their lodging real estate portfolio.

Hotel Asset Manager Requirements:

 ·        Korean language ability – Listening and verbal fundamentals: Preferred

·         A four-year degree in Hospitality Real Estate, Finance/Business Analytics, or Hospitality Management

·         Two to four years of working experience as an analyst in real estate finance, feasibility, or valuation

·         M&A experience an advantage

·         Verifiable understanding of real estate valuation methodologies, including IRR and DCF analyses

·         Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills and advanced proficiency in Excel

·         Ability to seamlessly create valuation models and hold analyses on existing hotels.  Ability to complete underwriting utilizing company proformas
