Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering training programs to multiple audiences
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
Human Resources Manager Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Hotel HR Experience, or
- 3+ years of Hotel Management experience is a must
- Hotel Operations / Housekeeping manager experience preferred
Human Resources Manager Benefits:
