Structural Project Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Lead structural engineering projects from conception to completion
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes, including wind load requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
- Supervise project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Review and approve design plans, calculations, and specifications
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members
- Ensure projects align with the company’s collaborative and professional work culture
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida preferred
- 5+ years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on buildings
- Proficiency in structural design software and AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
