Senior Trust & Estates Attorney Benefits & Compensation:

Senior Trust & Estates Attorney Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Barred in New Jersey or New York
  • 8+ years of experience in Trust & Estates or a mix with Family Law
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing sensitive cases with professionalism and discretion.
  • Exhibit outstanding negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have an existing book of business or an active caseload.
