We are looking for our next generation of hotel leaders! We have forged a new program and are adding an AGM to our property who will be mentored and groomed to one day take on a GM role. This is a long-term commitment program to understand the systems, culture, and uniqueness of our property. Only the ambitious need apply! You will bring experience in hotel leadership in a high-end or luxury environment and a strong desire to learn and grow your career with a leader in New Mexican hospitality.

Luxury Hotel Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a leadership role in an upscale or luxury hotel
  • at least 1 year of leadership in the Food and Beverage department
  • Experience working with or in the sales department
  • Ambitious personality and eagerness to learn

Luxury Hotel Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hotel staff with consistency and integrity
  • Work with every hotel department to encourage collaboration and cooperation
  • Spearhead new programs that align with the vision of the GM and corporate leadership
  • Participate in our leadership development program to continue developing your career
  • Other duties as assigned
