Service Manager
Are you an experienced FOH Restaurant Manager with a results-oriented mindset? If so, you may be a great candidate for our next FOH Operations Manager. We are looking for a skilled professional for our casual full-service concept who can motivate, train, and developed our FOH Teams while actively managing costs and labor while running shifts and assuring the quality of all menu items and services. FOH Operations Manager Benefits:

FOH Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversees all front of house service staff
- Assures quality customer service, guest recovery, scheduling of FOH staff, and customer communication
- Will take on added responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager
- Leads FOH Team, including scheduling, performance feedback, and accountability
FOH Operations Manager Qualifications:
- At Least 2 years of management experience in a full-service casual restaurant
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal
- Must possess adequate customer service and strong management qualities
- Hands-on management style and a history of outstanding customer service standardsServicew
