Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute catering sales strategies to generate revenue.
- Manage offsite catering events, ensuring flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to craft exceptional catering menus.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to drive restaurant traffic and catering bookings.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, event planners, and local businesses.
- Lead social media, email marketing, and promotions to boost brand visibility.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign success to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in catering sales, event planning, or restaurant marketing.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and create compelling marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in catering logistics, digital marketing, and client relations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
