We are looking for an experienced and visionary leader to oversee our scholarship programs and education investments. This role will help build a world-class college access system for students in Miami, strengthen our partnerships with educational organizations, and drive philanthropic investments in education.
Senior Director of College Access Benefits:

Senior Director of College Access Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance 15+ scholarship programs, ensuring best practices in student support.
- Develop partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and donors to improve college access and success.
- Identify and support high-impact education initiatives in Miami.
- Manage projects, budgets, and impact measurement for education programs.
- Represent the Foundation in community events and partnerships.
Senior Director of College Access Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in education, nonprofit leadership, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of public education systems, policy, and scholarship programs.
- Strong relationship-builder with educators, funders, and community stakeholders.
- Data-driven and strategic thinker with experience in program development.
- Passionate about equity in education and supporting underrepresented students.
