Key Responsibilities

• Support claims and legal teams with documentation and records management
• Streamline processes and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate team communications and administrative needs

Qualifications

• 3+ years in office management or administration; claims-related experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with claims/legal systems is ideal
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
