We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to lead high-impact consulting projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make significant contributions in a challenging and rewarding environment. The Accounting Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and managing consulting projects related to Controllership, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This individual will work in a hybrid environment, with three days in the office and two days from home, ensuring flexibility while maintaining collaboration with the team.
Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage consulting projects in the areas of Controllership, Treasury, and FP&A for a large publicly traded company.
- Drive change management initiatives and process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Provide expert guidance and support in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Accounting Manager Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm, with a focus on Controllership, Change Management, and Process Improvement.
- Experience in a publicly traded company is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully leading consulting projects and driving change within large organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
