Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO to develop and execute company goals, identify improvements, and align performance metrics.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Tech. Drive efficiency and promote best practices.
- Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior management, foster a positive work culture, and ensure ongoing development of high-performance teams.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify operational risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Growth Support: Scale operations to support business growth and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaboration: Ensure smooth communication across departments and with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years in senior operational roles, ideally at a tech startup
- Proven experience in fundraising and securing growth capital
- Strong expertise in corporate finance, scaling strategies, and team leadership
- Advanced degree (MBA preferred)
- On-site presence required three days a week in the Milwaukee area office
