Executive Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Experienced Manager with 5-plus years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record with Sales Volume of $3-10 million
  • Expertise in Scratch Kitchen operations
  • Menu creation and innovation skills
  • Hands-on leader with strong management capabilities
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred
  • Ability to manage and control financials effectively
