Pastry Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a deadline-driven, demanding environment
- Support the team to execute tasks on time with enthusiasm
Pastry Supervisor Requirements:
- 2+yrs of progressive supervisory experience in a scratch kitchen
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Must be passionate about food and executing consistency at a high-volume
- Must be passionate about cleanliness and food safety
- Physically able to stand, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods every day in a hot kitchen
