Vice President of Operations – Hospitality Leadership Opportunity

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to a portfolio of hotels, ensuring each property delivers exceptional guest experiences
  • Inspire, mentor, and support General Managers to lead with purpose and passion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive top-line revenue, control costs, and enhance overall profitability
  • Lead initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends, implement operational best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to enhance brand visibility and maximize occupancy
  • Champion a tech-forward, paperless environment that supports innovation and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • Multi-property executive experience with Marriott or Hilton-branded hotels (required)
  • Demonstrated loyalty and stability in previous roles – no more than three employers in the past 10 years
  • Proven financial and business acumen with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • A people-first leadership style, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to team development
  • A passion for training, mentoring, and empowering both hourly and leadership-level associates
  • A strong grasp of modern hospitality technologies – we are 100% paperless
