We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Corporate Event Planner to lead the planning and execution of impactful corporate events that reflect our brand and support our business objectives. This role is responsible for overseeing every aspect of event management—from strategic planning and budgeting to logistics and on-site coordination—for meetings, conferences, trade shows, and client or employee-focused events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of corporate events (e.g., education seminars, executive meetings, trade shows).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, timelines, and desired outcomes.
  • Source and manage vendors including venues, catering, decor, AV, and entertainment.
  • Oversee all event logistics including travel arrangements, scheduling, registration, and attendee management.
  • Develop event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Create event timelines, floor plans, and production schedules.
  • Ensure event branding and messaging is consistent across all touchpoints.
  • Handle on-site event management, including setup, troubleshooting, and post-event teardown.
  • Evaluate event success through surveys, KPIs, and ROI metrics; provide post-event reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience planning and executing corporate events.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with event management software, and tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed.
