We’re opening a one-of-a-kind culinary destination in a beautiful harbor town in Door County, Wisconsin—and we’re seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations and help bring this vision to life. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic food program in a setting that combines upscale dining with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Our concept features a dual experience: a more casual bar setting on the main floor and an elevated, Instagram-worthy dining space upstairs—all serving a unified menu centered on wood-fired cooking and seasonal, farm-to-table ingredients. With a focus on team collaboration, balance, and guest satisfaction, we’re building something truly unique.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee menu development, kitchen operations, and daily execution
  • Coach and build a strong, professional back-of-house team
  • Establish and maintain systems for prep, service, and kitchen flow
  • Manage financials, inventory, vendor relations, and scheduling
  • Collaborate closely with ownership and leadership to shape concept and culture
  • Lead the development of a brunch and lunch program from the ground up
  • Utilize wood-fired equipment and highlight seasonal, local ingredients

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Chef
  • Culinary degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Expertise in farm-to-table cooking and seasonal menu design
  • Proven ability to lead teams across diverse service styles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfort working in both casual and elevated dining environments
