Executive Chef – Upscale Seafood Restaurant
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision of our sophisticated seafood-focused dining concept. This role demands creativity, precision, and strong leadership in a high-end, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining or upscale seafood concept
- Formal culinary education or equivalent experience in high-end kitchens
- Strong background in seafood preparation, sustainability, and seasonality
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse culinary team with excellence
Requirements
- Must be able to manage all kitchen operations, including ordering, inventory, scheduling, and food cost control
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation standards
- Comfortable with menu engineering, seasonal changes, and creative seafood dishes
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
