Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of daily operations
- Being guest-facing 100% of the time
- Scheduling staff members
- Conducting Inventories
- Promoting a Positive Working Culture
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Having a hands-on leadership approach
- Ability to sustain a great working culture
- Being able to read and understand some financial aspects
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Benefits:
- 3 Weeks paid vacation; The week of 4th of July, and 2 weeks before/after Christmas day. Closed for ALL holidays.
- Closed All Sundays and Mondays
