Job Title: Restoration Director – Mitigation Division
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Director to lead and coordinate all aspects of the mitigation division, including project performance, documentation, safety, and client relations. This role involves business development, project oversight, and team leadership.
Restoration Director Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with adjusters, property owners, and facility managers to secure commercial restoration projects
- Prepare scopes of work, estimates, contracts, and manage job execution and file documentation
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects from initiation through invoicing
- Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with company protocols and reporting standards
- Support field project managers and make executive decisions to resolve project challenges
Restoration Director Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong proficiency in Xactimate (required)
- Experience in roofing construction and mitigation (fire, water, mold); IICRC certification required
- Familiar with JobNimbus and MICA Water Mitigation software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel as needed; valid driver’s license with a clean record
Restoration Director Compensation:
- Target Earnings: $80,000–$90,000 annually, but uncapped based on company sales.
- Quarterly and Annual Bonuses
- Car and Gas Allowance
- Health Care Stipend
