Seeking a professional and high-energy Restaurant Manager to be part of our amazing team! Come grow with us!! Our ideal Restaurant Manager must possess exceptional leadership and training/development skills. 

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Train, coach, and direct team – set the bar high and never underdeliver – ongoing training is key
  • Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable
  • Remain hands-on and eyes-on at all times in every aspect of the business
  • Manage high standards of service while paying acute attention to every detail 
  • Maintain amazing customer interaction and retention

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years current experience in a Full-service, high-volume Restaurant Manager role
  • Strong and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, lead by example, and uphold restaurant standards
  • Thick skin to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships 
  • Strong craft beer knowledge is a plus
