Regional Vice President
Territory: Kentucky, Tennessee & Southern Indiana (Remote)
A leading national insurance network is seeking a Regional Vice President to grow its footprint across KY, TN, and IN. This remote, field-based role is ideal for an experienced P&C professional with a strong network and a passion for helping independent agencies thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of prospective member agencies
- Use consultative sales to convert startups and established agencies into network members
- Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and ongoing growth
- Attend industry events and meet face-to-face to build trusted relationships
- Close 10+ new agency relationships annually and support their long-term success
What You Bring
- 10+ years in P&C insurance (carrier, wholesaler, or agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of agency operations and economics
- Consultative sales experience with a relationship-first approach
- Based in KY or TN (preferred) and open to regional travel
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline

- Base salary: $70–90K + significant bonus potential (OTE: $140–150K)
