General Manager Fast Casual – Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 3+ years as General Manager in fast-casual, guest-first restaurant concepts
- Proven ability to build and retain strong, engaged teams
- Strong financial skills: labor management, inventory, and P&L oversight
- People-first leadership style with high emotional intelligence
- Operational excellence and a hospitality-driven culture
- Humble, driven, guest-focused mindset to every shift
