We’re seeking a high-caliber Commercial Roofing Senior Vice President to take full ownership of our commercial roofing operations, from bidding to project execution. This is a career-defining opportunity for a seasoned leader with deep industry expertise, exceptional management skills, and the ability to optimize processes, grow teams, and drive results.

Commercial Roofing Senior Vice President Pay and Benefits:

  • Salary: $215K-$250K
  • Performance Bonus

Commercial Roofing Senior Vice President Responsibilities :

  • Full Operational Oversight – Manage and refine all aspects of commercial roofing operations, from estimating & bidding to project execution & close out.
  • Strategic Growth & Process Optimization – Improve workflows, systems, and efficiencies across sales, project management, and field operations.
  • Team Leadership & Development – Mentor and manage field superintendents, project managers, and crews to ensure top-tier execution and culture.
  • Customer & Vendor Relations – Act as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project success.
  • Financial & Performance Accountability – Control budgets, labor costs, material orders, and job profitability while ensuring all projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.
  • Safety & Compliance – Maintain the highest safety standards, oversee training, and ensure regulatory compliance at all job sites.

Commercial Roofing Senior Vice President Requirements:

  • Expert-Level Commercial Roofing Knowledge – Deep understanding of estimating, bidding, and executing commercial roofing projects (TPO, PVC, BUR, etc.).
  • Proven Leadership in Operations – Experience leading and scaling operations in commercial roofing, construction, or a related industry.
  • Strong People Management – A leader who can develop, motivate, and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to communicate across all levels, internally and externally, to drive efficiency and execution.
  • Data-Driven & Results-Oriented – Skilled in financial oversight, budgeting, and optimizing margins while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Tech-Savvy & Process-Minded – Comfortable leveraging technology to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
