We are a dynamic, high-end restaurant group with five distinct locations across three bustling neighborhoods. Renowned for our exceptional dining experiences and unwavering commitment to culinary excellence, we are seeking an experienced Controller to lead and enhance our financial operations. This is a strategic role suited for a results-driven professional with a strong financial acumen and a passion for hospitality.

Restaurant Controller Compensation:

Restaurant Controller Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Restaurant365, Sage, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
  • Experience overseeing multi-unit operations and managing consolidated financial statements

Restaurant Controller Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a small finance team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate with operations teams to drive profitability and cost control
