District Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating a fun, welcoming, and all-inclusive environment for employees and guests!
  • Build a customer-focused culture of hospitality where everyone is treated as a friend!
  • Developing team members for success while developing your skills for future growth!
  • Educating all staff members on matters relating to food safety, cleanliness, operations and profits!

District Manager Qualifications Include:

  • An outgoing person who loves speaking with people and being the "Mayor" of your town!
  • Strong desire to lead a team of people and build a team culture through positivity and creativity!
  • 2+ years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role!
  • Current Serv Safe Certification!
  • Expert knowledge of Profit and Loss statements!
  • Previous experience creating and managing budgets!
