Bakery Production Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytime production at commissary
- Delegating and ensure daily tasks to the team
- Ensure quality control of all production, ensuring consistency
- Ensuring good work culture, maintaining relationships with all locations and their management
- Mentoring and developing the team
Bakery Production Manager Requirements:
- At least 4+ yrs in high volume baking/food production facility
- MUST have pastry/baking experience
- Strong leadership skills: mentoring, empathy
- Strong organizational skills
