Bakery Production Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daytime production at commissary
  • Delegating and ensure daily tasks to the team
  • Ensure quality control of all production, ensuring consistency
  • Ensuring good work culture, maintaining relationships with all locations and their management
  • Mentoring and developing the team

Bakery Production Manager Requirements:

  • At least 4+ yrs in high volume baking/food production facility
  • MUST have pastry/baking experience
  • Strong leadership skills: mentoring, empathy
  • Strong organizational skills
