Our client, a prestigious plaintiff-side employment law firm, is seeking to hire an Employment Litigation Attorney. Ideal candidates will have a background in employment defense, as the firm is comprised of former defense attorneys who bring a strategic, well-rounded approach to advocating for employees.

This is a unique role with a dynamic, collaborative firm that handles high-level litigation. If you are an accomplished employment litigator with a commitment to excellence, we’d love to hear from you!

 

Employment Litigation Attorney Qualifications/Responsibilities:

·        Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

·        NJ Bar admission in good standing 

·        Minimum of 4-8 years employment litigation, including defense and trial experience, with a strong record of success

·        Experience in New Jersey Employment Law

·        Skilled in negotiating settlements on behalf of clients

·        Represent clients in court proceedings and litigate cases when necessary

·        Expertise in personal injury, workers compensation, and tribal law matters

·        Proficient in legal research and drafting of legal documents, contracts, agreements, and pleadings using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw (required)

·        Maintain current knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to client cases

·        Available Monday through Friday, weekends as needed
