Regional Manager – Midwest (Multiple States)
Location: Midwest Region – KS, MO, IA, AR, WI, MI, IL, IN, OH
General Summary:
A well-established national provider of school safety services is seeking a Regional Team Manager to oversee operations across the Midwest. This is a field-based leadership role ideal for a hands-on manager who excels in coaching teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving recruitment and training efforts. If you have strong leadership experience, enjoy travel, and are passionate about community safety, we want to hear from you!
Regional Team Manager Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $70,000 – $80,000, plus annual performance bonus

Regional Team Manager Requirements and Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of field supervisors responsible for staffing and managing crossing guard programs
- Travel throughout the assigned region (some overnight stays required)
- Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in a multi-location or regional capacity
- Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills; must be proficient with email, PDFs, and web-based tools
- Reliable transportation required; must be able to lift and transport equipment up to 20 lbs
