Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the front-of-house team with professionalism and energy
  • Ensure outstanding guest service and uphold fine dining standards
  • Assist in hiring, training, and developing staff
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor and lead by example
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Executive Team
  • Create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Monitor daily operations, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a fine dining environment
  • Strong knowledge of wine, food pairings, and upscale service standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • A true team leader with a hands-on approach
  • Commitment to high standards and operational excellence
