Engineering Director Requirements:
- BS in Engineering
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience in a SCRUM environment
- Experience with development of instrument controls
Engineering Director Responsibilities:
- Recruit, coach, and mentor engineering talent; responsible for performance evaluation and development planning
- Enhance software development thru advancing tooling, scalable architecture, and aligning team members
- Oversee vendor relationships and integration of OEM components to ensure quality and supply chain efficiency
- Identify risks and drive resolution of complex technical challenges to ensure successful project outcomes
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team across Electrical, Mechanical, Embedded, Test, and Web disciplines
- Lead software program delivery across global markets
Engineering Director Benefits:
- Base salary up to $220k + bonus
