- Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager
- Volume of at least $3M plus
- Solid tenure – no job hoppers
- Most of your expertise is in full service restaurants
- Strong P&L and budgeting expertise
- Excellent SOP knowledge
- Passion for hospitality and give our guests a great dining experience
