Seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Director that has experience in Restaurant Operations as well as Banquet Operations. Also looking for a candidate that has good experience with financials, cost controls, budgets and team building.

Director of Food and Beverage Benefits:

• Base salary 90-100k Based on experience.

Director of Food and Beverage Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Provide leadership to Restaurant, Lounge and Banquet space.
• Maintains effective communications within and between departments to ensure proper servicing of guests' expectations.
• Assist in Preparation of annual budget for food & beverage department.
• 5 years of Food and Beverage Management experience.
• Excellent communication, hospitality, and planning skills
• Familiar with food and beverage systems, cost controls, ordering, and inventory.
• Great at leading, coaching, and developing your team
