We are actively seeking a skilled and results-driven Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mid-to-large-scale commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, budget oversight, and team leadership, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality builds on time and within scope. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout; structural steel would be a plus.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, making adjustments as needed.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building requirements.
• Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain thorough project documentation.
