Area Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Creating a fun, welcoming, and all-inclusive environment for employees and guests
- Build a customer-focused culture of hospitality where everyone is treated like a guest in your home
- Developing team members for success while developing your skills for future growth
- Educating all staff members on matters relating to food safety, cleanliness, operations and profits
Area Restaurant Manager Qualifications Include:
- Strong desire to lead a team of people and build a team culture through positivity and creativity
- 2+ years of experience as an Area Manager with 5 or more stores under your charge
- Current Sanitation Certifications
- Expert knowledge of Profit and Loss statements
- Previous experience creating and managing budgets
