Commercial Lines CSR – In-Office | Independent Insurance Agency

$55K–$70K+ DOE + Bonuses | Full Benefits | Small-Town, High-Impact Role

A well-established, fast-growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines CSR to join their close-knit, high-performing team. This is a fully in-office role ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, values teamwork, and is looking for a long-term home where they’ll be truly appreciated.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage a shared book of small to mid-size commercial accounts
  • Handle day-to-day servicing: COIs, change requests, client support
  • Collaborate closely with your CSR teammate and agency leadership
  • Help with remarketing efforts and cross-sell when opportunities arise

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed in Property & Casualty
  • Experience with commercial lines servicing
  • Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced office setting
  • Looking for a long-term, in-office role (no remote/hybrid)

  • Quarterly performance bonuses + commission split on personal lines referrals
