Commercial Lines CSR – In-Office | Independent Insurance Agency
$55K–$70K+ DOE + Bonuses | Full Benefits | Small-Town, High-Impact Role
A well-established, fast-growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines CSR to join their close-knit, high-performing team. This is a fully in-office role ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, values teamwork, and is looking for a long-term home where they’ll be truly appreciated.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a shared book of small to mid-size commercial accounts
- Handle day-to-day servicing: COIs, change requests, client support
- Collaborate closely with your CSR teammate and agency leadership
- Help with remarketing efforts and cross-sell when opportunities arise
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed in Property & Casualty
- Experience with commercial lines servicing
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced office setting
- Looking for a long-term, in-office role (no remote/hybrid)

- Quarterly performance bonuses + commission split on personal lines referrals
- 160 hours PTO (including mandatory sick leave) + paid holidays
