We’re seeking a sharp and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations across our diverse portfolio of live events and business entities. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, managing event P&Ls, and ensuring compliance with internal and external accounting standards.
Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee general ledger, account reconciliations, and journal entries
- Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and budgets
- Reconcile event financials and manage show settlements
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax and licensing filings
- Support audits, manage credit card processes, and assist with payroll as needed
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver timely financial insights
Accounting Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a dynamic or entertainment-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
