Business Officer Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- 3+ years of experience in government Social Services business management!
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)!
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management!
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and foster collaboration!
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations impacting public sector operations!
Business Officer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing all department financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting!
- Managing administrative processes to support program delivery!
- Leading and supervising a team of administrative staff to ensure efficiency and compliance!
- Collaborating with county leadership to align resources with strategic goals!
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and best practices!
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency!
