Project Manager – Ground-Up Construction | Lake Country Wisconsin
Are you a construction leader with deep experience in self-perform work and a proven track record managing complex, high-value builds? Midwest-based General Contractor seeks a Project Manager to lead multifamily highrise condo, senior living, and K–12 projects valued at $35M+.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performance team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and long-term client relationships.
Construction Project Manager (PM)/High Rise Residential Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $105K–$135K with 10–20% bonus potential
- $650/month car allowance, 4 weeks PTO, profit-sharing, and employer-assisted healthcare reimbursement

Construction Project Manager (PM)/High Rise Residential Requirements
- 5–10+ years of ground-up project management experience in multifamily, senior living, or K–12 sectors
- Demonstrated success managing $35M+ projects with self-perform expertise (concrete, carpentry, etc.)
- Lead all phases of construction—from pre-con to close out—on-site, full-time, with strong communication and ownership mentality
