We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead exciting and impactful projects to successful completion. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success of each project, ensuring customer satisfaction while managing timelines, costs, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of heavy civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to facilitate clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively while mitigating risks and navigating profit and loss.
• Utilize construction management software, such as ViewPoint and B2W, to analyze job costs, provide project information, and generate related reports.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local market to enhance project strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field such as Construction Management, Building Science, or Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of three years of experience in project management, superintendent roles, or similar positions within the heavy civil construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of heavy civil construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related software for project analysis and reporting.
