Restaurant General Manager requirements:
- 3 – 5 years' experience as a GM in a high-volume corporate environment
- Great tenure-no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
- Proven track record of sales building, people mentoring, and community relations
- You must be a hands-on type who loves to be caring to their team each day
